This workshop provides tools every owner or manager needs. As the title implies, we cover the basics of communication within the shop, marketing to your customers and how to hire the right people for your team.

The tools you get from this workshop will give you even more knowledge, responsibility and control over that great challenge: employees. It will also teach you how to become the most effective boss in town.

Financial Planning
This workshop goes through the basic tools of finance. You will learn how to read your financial reports and how to manage from them. This class gives you the means to plan your financial future for the shop and your family.
